Hello, OCEAN! LOL! Here we are on the Jersey Shore in Asbury Park this morning! What a good time! J. S. was Kapellmeister for the church music camp’s liturgy this morning, but as soon as those silly choir kids were done singing (they had the girls singing with the boys! What was that about?! lol!!) I was like, “Guys, we need some serious beach time, you know?!” and so we snuck away for a bit! We ate “Italian” ice on the boardwalk and then we built a sandcastle! (Well, I built a sandcastle and Ludwig provided me moral support by standing silently nearby - what a good friend!!) It was a really great time! I wish we were spending all weekend on the beach instead of a music camp for small children who can’t even sing a simple solfege scale! LOL! Can you believe? What a camp!!!!! I’m having so much fun!!!!!!!!!!
